I guess they can’t afford to help make things right with a customer. I guess a complimentary upgrade is only to upgrade ur room which only costs u more the next stay so I don’t know why I couldn’t have the same type of room with a discount if that is all they were able to offer. I then wrote an email to them and they said we would love to give u a complimentary upgraded room ok so I took that as they were goin to comp the room drove over an hour to get there and they wanted me to spend more on this room than I did the first time I was there of course I didn’t end up staying and took my business elsewhere. Ok great I’m glad your gonna fix it but what about customer service? Try to move us to another room or maybe some kind of discount would have made us feel more appreciated. When we checked out same thing they said oh we will fix it. It was uncomfortable to see how bad the leak was which is also right next to ur bed and toilet.
We notified front desk and they said they would have someone “look” at it. After a short while of being in the room the ceiling was dripping water and had huge bubbles from the tub that must have been in the room above us. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the spa rooms which was nice and we were excited to use the tub.
